Definitions

In these Terms, the following words and phrases carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Eligibility

Access to and use of the hao778 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the Platform. hao778 enforces a strict 21+ policy across all product verticals.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. Minors are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform.
• Single account: You may hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform at any time. Duplicate accounts are treated as a violation of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or cooling-off period on the Platform, or on any other gaming platform that participates in a shared exclusion scheme with hao778.
• Not an employee: You must not be an employee, director, officer, consultant, or close family member of a hao778 employee who has access to non-public Platform data.

hao778 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Accounts that fail to demonstrate compliance with eligibility requirements will be suspended, and any associated Balance may be forfeited pending investigation.

Account Registration

To access the full range of hao778 services, you must create a registered Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document;
• Date of birth;
• A valid, personal email address that you control;
• A mobile phone number registered in your name;
• Your city of residence within Indonesia (e.g., Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Bali, Medan, Semarang);
• A secure password of your own choosing.

By submitting the registration form, you warrant that all information provided is truthful and that you are registering solely on your own behalf. Registration on behalf of a third party is prohibited.

3.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

hao778 is required to verify the identity of all Members prior to processing any withdrawal request or when a Member's cumulative deposit exceeds a threshold set by the Platform's compliance team. KYC verification requires submission of:

• A clear photograph or scan of a valid government-issued photo ID (Indonesian National ID — KTP, or valid passport);
• Proof of address (a recent bank statement or utility bill, dated within the last 90 days, showing your name and address);
• Proof of Payment Method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your bank account or e-wallet profile confirming the account belongs to you).

hao778 reserves the right to request additional documentation at its sole discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. hao778 recommends the following security practices:

• Use a strong, unique password not used on any other platform;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your Account Settings immediately after registration;
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members;
• Log out of the Platform after each session, especially on shared or public devices;
• Contact hao778 support immediately via live chat if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

hao778 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account. Any activity conducted from your Account — whether authorised by you or not — remains your responsibility unless you have promptly notified hao778 of a security breach and cooperated fully with our investigation.

Deposits

All deposits on hao778 are processed exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). hao778 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. Members are responsible for any fees levied by their bank or e-wallet provider.

5.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

hao778 currently accepts deposits via the following Payment Methods:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata;
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

5.2 Deposit Limits and Processing Times

Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by Payment Method and are displayed in the Cashier section of the Platform at the time of transaction. As a general guide:

• Bank transfers: typically processed within 5–15 minutes during banking hours (Monday–Friday, 07:00–21:00 WIB); transfers submitted outside banking hours may be processed the following business day;
• E-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): typically instant, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week;
• Minimum deposit: Rp 10.000 for e-wallets; minimum amounts for bank transfers are displayed in the Cashier.

hao778 reserves the right to impose daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on any Account at its discretion, including as part of responsible gaming measures or fraud-prevention protocols.

5.3 Deposit Source

All deposits must originate from a Payment Method held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts held by family members — are strictly prohibited and will trigger an immediate KYC review. Funds deposited from unverified third-party sources may be withheld pending investigation.

Withdrawals

hao778 is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly. The majority of approved withdrawals are completed within five (5) minutes of approval, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed;
• Withdrawals must be directed to a Payment Method registered in your own name and previously used for a deposit on the Platform;
• Any active Bonus Funds must have their associated Wagering Requirements fulfilled before real-money winnings derived from those bonuses can be withdrawn;
• hao778 reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before processing any withdrawal deemed unusual or high-value;
• Withdrawal requests submitted during peak periods (e.g., Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day) may experience slightly longer processing times, though hao778 endeavours to maintain the standard processing window across all periods.

6.1 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified in the Cashier section at the time of the request. hao778 may impose withdrawal limits on individual Accounts where fraud, bonus abuse, or money-laundering risk has been identified. Any such limit will be communicated to the Member, and the Member may appeal the decision via the formal dispute-resolution process described in Clause 16.

6.2 Declined Withdrawals

hao778 reserves the right to decline a withdrawal request where it has reasonable grounds to suspect that the funds in the Member's Account are the proceeds of fraud, money laundering, or any other Prohibited Activity. In such cases, the Member will be notified and the Account may be suspended pending investigation. hao778 cooperates fully with relevant law-enforcement authorities.

Bonuses & Promotions

hao778 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion's description:

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds carry a Wagering Requirement that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable multiplier is stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated claim window, or whose Wagering Requirements are not fulfilled within the stated completion window, will expire and be removed from the Member's Account without compensation.
• Game Restrictions: Certain games may be excluded from bonus wagering, or may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., live casino games may contribute at 10% of the stated wagering requirement). Contribution rates are listed in the relevant promotion's terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on an Account at any given time unless the promotion's specific terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Single Claim: Each promotion is limited to one claim per Member, household, IP address, device, and Payment Method unless otherwise stated.

7.1 Bonus Abuse

hao778 employs sophisticated monitoring tools to detect patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering exclusively on high-RTP games to clear requirements, coordinated multi-account bonus claiming, and using Bonus Funds in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play. Where bonus abuse is identified, hao778 reserves the right to:

• Void any bonus and associated winnings;
• Deduct from the Member's Balance any amounts equivalent to the unfair advantage gained;
• Suspend or permanently close the Account;
• Withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

7.2 VIP Loyalty Programme

Members who participate in hao778's VIP Loyalty Programme earn points on qualifying wagers across all product verticals, including sportsbook, live casino, and slot gacor (high-RTP slot) titles. Points accumulate toward tier progression (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond), unlocking cashback, elevated limits, dedicated account management, and exclusive event invitations. Full VIP Programme terms are published separately within the Platform and form part of these Terms by incorporation.

Gameplay Rules

All games and betting markets offered on hao778 are governed by their respective individual game rules, which are accessible from within each game's interface. The following general rules apply across all products:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or by live dealer procedures conducted in real time. hao778 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages calculated over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee any individual session outcome.
• In the event of a technical fault or disconnection during a game round, hao778's game logs will be used as the authoritative record to determine the outcome. Where a round cannot be definitively resolved, the stake will be returned to the Member's Balance.
• Sportsbook bets — including mix parlay (accumulator) bets and football markets on BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and international competitions — are governed by hao778's Sportsbook Rules, published separately and incorporated herein by reference.
• hao778 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the result was known prior to the bet being placed, or where a clear pricing error resulted in odds substantially different from the market rate at the time.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hao778 Platform. Any Member found to have engaged in any of the following may have their Account immediately suspended, their Balance withheld, and the matter referred to relevant authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Creating or using more than one Account on the Platform under the same or different identities;
• Fraud: Using stolen, fraudulent, or otherwise unauthorised Payment Methods to fund an Account;
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to conceal, transfer, or legitimise the proceeds of criminal activity;
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated software to interact with the Platform;
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system malfunctions to generate illegitimate winnings;
• Abusive behaviour: Using threatening, harassing, or discriminatory language toward hao778 staff or other Members in any communication channel.

Responsible Gaming

hao778 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and to protecting vulnerable individuals. Gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment. If gaming stops being enjoyable, or if you believe you or someone you know may have a gambling problem, hao778 provides the following tools and resources:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, and monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your Account. Changes to limits that reduce your cap take effect immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic pop-up reminders at set intervals displaying your total time in session and net profit or loss.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without the ability to reverse the suspension during the chosen period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six (6) months.

Intellectual Property

All content on the hao778 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of hao778 or its licensed suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform without the prior written consent of hao778. Any unauthorised use of hao778's intellectual property will be pursued to the full extent of applicable law.

Privacy and Data

hao778 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and the delivery of personalised promotional offers.

hao778 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all Platform communications. Your personal data will never be sold to third parties. It may be shared with licensed KYC verification providers, Payment Method operators, and relevant regulatory or law-enforcement bodies as required by law or our operational compliance obligations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hao778 and its directors, employees, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or corruption of data;
• Loss of goodwill or reputation;
• Any losses arising from technical faults, service interruptions, or maintenance periods;
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform.

hao778's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude hao778's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Suspension & Termination

hao778 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Member is, or has become, ineligible to use the Platform under Clause 2;
• The Account has been used for any Prohibited Activity as defined in Clause 9;
• The Member has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• The continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the Platform, its Members, or the integrity of its games and markets.

Upon termination, any real-money Balance remaining in a verified Account will be returned to the Member via their last-used Payment Method, net of any amounts legitimately owed to hao778. Bonus Funds and associated winnings are forfeited upon termination for cause. Amendments

hao778 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, hao778 will notify active Members via the email address registered to their Account and will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

Your continued use of the Platform after any such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Clause 14. Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections or formatting updates) may be made without prior notice.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

hao778 operates as an internationally licensed gaming platform. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hao778 holds its operating licence.

16.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to contact hao778's customer support team in good faith to attempt to resolve the issue informally. The majority of disputes are resolved at this stage. 16.2 Formal Dispute Process

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, either party may refer the dispute to the dispute-resolution body designated by hao778's licensing authority. The decision of the designated dispute-resolution body shall be final and binding on both parties.

16.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitral tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
